These terms cover davidkhachatryan.com, run by David Khachatryan. Using the site, reading a lesson, taking an assessment, or buying a class or membership means you're agreeing to what's below. If something here doesn't sit right with you, the simplest thing is to not use the site and write to hey@davidkhachatryan.com instead.

This is a personal teaching site about engineering leadership and management, built around David's own experience running teams. The lessons, assessments, and commentary reflect one person's judgment and track record, not universal or guaranteed outcomes. Nothing here is professional, legal, financial, or clinical advice, and nothing here should be treated as a substitute for it.

The lessons, assessments, writing, and images on this site are David's. Unlocking a lesson or buying a class gives you a license to use it for yourself, not to redistribute, resell, republish, or teach it as your own material. Quoting a short piece with credit is fine.

Classes, bundles, and the membership are paid through Lemon Squeezy, the site's payment processor and merchant of record. Their terms govern the transaction itself. Membership renews automatically until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal but doesn't retroactively refund time already paid for. If something you bought genuinely doesn't work, write to hey@davidkhachatryan.com and it'll get sorted directly rather than through a rigid refund policy.

The self-assessments are a reflection tool, not a validated psychological or clinical instrument. They're meant to prompt useful thinking about how you lead, not to diagnose, certify, or rank you.

Don't try to break, scrape at scale, or abuse the site, and don't use it for anything illegal. Access can be revoked for accounts or purchases that violate this.

The site is provided as-is. David works to keep it accurate and available, but doesn't guarantee it'll be error-free, uninterrupted, or that following any lesson produces a specific result for you or your team. To the extent the law allows, David isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site; the most you could recover for a direct issue is what you actually paid.

If these change in any meaningful way, the date at the top of this page will update. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
