Privacy Policy

This policy covers davidkhachatryan.com, run by David Khachatryan. It explains what information the site collects, why, and what choices you have about it. It doesn't cover other sites this points to, like octalabs.com or davidsblueprint.com, each of which has its own.

Information you provide directly.If you unlock a lesson, take an assessment, or sign up for the membership, that's an email address at minimum. Assessments also store your answers, so the results can be scored and emailed back to you.

Purchases. Buying a class, bundle, or membership happens on a separate checkout page run by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. Card details go to Lemon Squeezy, not to this site. See their privacy policy for how they handle it.

Basic analytics.The site uses Vercel Analytics to see which pages get read. It's cookieless and doesn't build a profile tied to you individually, just aggregate counts like page views and referrers.

Affiliate links. Some book recommendations link to Amazon through affiliate links, which earn a small commission if you buy. Clicks are counted in aggregate only, not tied to you individually. Full details on the affiliate disclosure page.

Testimonials. Student testimonials are displayed through a widget from Senja, which loads a small script from their servers. Senja may collect basic technical information (like your browser and IP) the way any embedded widget does. Their policy is at senja.io/privacy-policy.

Your email unlocks the content you asked for and, if you don't unsubscribe, occasional notes about new lessons or the membership. Assessment answers are used to generate your results and never sold or shared for advertising. Email is sent and stored through Resend, our email provider, and nowhere else.

Data doesn't get sold, and it doesn't get shared beyond the vendors that make the site work: Resend (email), Lemon Squeezy (payments), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and Senja (testimonials). Each only sees what it needs to do its job.

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see what's stored under your email, or to have it deleted, write to hey@davidkhachatryan.com and it'll get handled directly, not through a form or a queue.

Information is kept as long as it's useful for the reason you gave it, or until you ask for it to be removed.

This site is for working professionals and isn't directed at children. It doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If this changes in any meaningful way, the date at the top of this page will update. Worth a re-read every so often if you want to stay current.
